Delivery Time - How long does it take my order to arrive?
Delivery time depends on your location and shipping method. Approximate US Mail delivery times is 7-14 business day Standard Shipping. For international orders please allow 14-21 business days for your parcel(s) to arrive.

Shipping Times - How long does it take my order to ship?
Most orders are shipped within 1-3 business day of the order being placed. This may not be the case if your item was a special order or bulk purchase. In some circumstances shipping may be delayed, if that is the case you can checkout our Tracking page here

Missing Item - I received my order and it is missing some items that I ordered.
In order to provide faster delivery, some items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer. Orders with items from two or more manufacturers usually arrive within a couple days of each other. If you have concerns about your order, please contact us. 

Order Delay - I placed an order & it still hasn't arrived.
Orders may be delayed for two reasons. 1. Your order may have a backordered item, in which case we would have contacted you via email or phone. 2. US Mail delivery can sometime be slow. The US Postal service is generally the most affordable way to ship, but not the most reliable. If you suspect this is the case with your order, please contact us.

Rush Delivery - I have an event this weekend, can I get my order on time?
If the item(s) you want to order are in stock, we can generally have orders delivered within 1 business day. There will be additional shipping charges, but we take pride in the fact that we can have your item delivered tomorrow.

Church Orders - Do you offer discounts on large orders for church groups?
Quantity discounts depend on the quantity and price of each item being ordered. For a personalized quote for your group, please contact us.

International Orders - Do you ship to other countries?
We send orders primarily to Canada, Australia and the UK. We can send to other countries, but delivery times may be longer. We cannot guarantee a delivery date with orders shipped to other countries.

Payment - How can I pay for my order?
We accept apple pay, credit cards and debit cards as well as PayPal.  You are not required to have a PayPal account to process your transaction.
